Meeting Space at NEW

The NEW Center rents conference rooms to registered nonprofits and organizations actively seeking nonprofit status. Conference rooms comfortably fit 10 to 60 people, with rates starting at $50 for a 4-hour block. All conference rooms are on the second floor and are accessible via stairs, lift, or outdoor ramp. NEW Center conference rooms offer:

  • Convenient location less than one mile from Highway 14, Highway 23, and Downtown Ann Arbor
  • Free on-site parking
  • Food prep area with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot and tea kettle (coffee and tea not supplied)
  • Building-wide free wifi 
  • Projector, projector screen, and dry erase board
  • Scenic views overlooking the Huron River
  • Private ADA restrooms with shower
  • Flexible room layout
