The NEW Center rents conference rooms to registered nonprofits and organizations actively seeking nonprofit status. Conference rooms comfortably fit 10 to 60 people, with rates starting at $50 for a 4-hour block. All conference rooms are on the second floor and are accessible via stairs, lift, or outdoor ramp. NEW Center conference rooms offer:
- Convenient location less than one mile from Highway 14, Highway 23, and Downtown Ann Arbor
- Free on-site parking
- Food prep area with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot and tea kettle (coffee and tea not supplied)

The sunlit North conference room provides a bright and peaceful atmosphere for workshops, presentations, or collaborative meetings.
There are windows on two sides with a scenic view of the Huron River, a sound-muffling accordion wall, and one wall for projection and technology display.

An accordion wall opens to bring the North and South Conference Rooms into one large room with windows on three sides.
Our largest and most flexible space is perfect for workshops or social events.
The room is adjacent to kitchen ammenities including refrigerator, oven, and stove, convenient for any event that includes snacks or meals.
Cost: $120 per 4-hour block
