A workshop series to help nonprofit organizations move beyond board service as an obligation and towards purposeful, shared stewardship.
Across the series, participants will strengthen their understanding of board roles and responsibilities, examine why traditional governance models often fall short, and explore practical ways to redesign board structures, meetings, relationships, and decision-making practices so boards can better serve the mission, staff, and community.

A community gathering to help neighbors, nonprofit leaders, and changemakers build relationships, share resources, and strengthen networks of mutual support.
Participants will connect with others, exchange ideas and resources, and discover opportunities to collaborate in meaningful ways. August’s gathering will also feature a back-to-school supply drive benefiting Community Action Network, helping provide local students with the supplies they need to start the school year ready to learn.

Nonprofit Finance Fundamentals Workshop Series, 9:00am – 12:00pm | Teen HYPE
A workshop series to help nonprofit leaders build stronger financial practices and steward organizational resources with confidence.
In this series, participants will strengthen their knowledge of nonprofit finance, improve budgeting and financial reporting skills, and build confidence in communicating financial information. They will gain practical tools and strategies to support transparent, sustainable financial decision-making within their organizations.
