Spring is often a time for skipping, cleaning, and discovering things anew. By definition, spring means to to leap; to bound; to jump. It has been a long, hard winter but spring is almost here. Yes, the temperatures are still chilly (even downright frigid). Yes, snow is still a possibility. But, the crocuses are also poking their heads above ground, proof that spring is indeed on the way. Throughout the winter months we have heard many of you talk about the need for your organizations to spring forward, to try new things, and to work together.
