Affiliate Program
If your organization wants the benefits of NEW Center tenancy, but does not want physical space at NEW Center, consider the Affiliates Program. In general, NEW Center Affiliates will be small, 501(c)(3) organizations which are volunteer run or have no more than one full time equivalent staff support. Affiliates may also be a temporary unit of an organization based elsewhere, or even a coordinating office of a collaborative project between two or more organizations.

Benefits

• NEW Center mailing address with mailbox in the building
• Fax, copier and postage mailing privileges with billing in arrears based on usage
• Use of NEW Center conference rooms for up to 2 times monthly on a space available basis
• Access to NEW's Resource Center and computer: by appointment only, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Rates

Affiliates Program fee is $60 per month, paid in advance each month.
Affiliates sign a one-year agreement.

Eligibility

Interested nonprofits are selected for the program through an application process. Affiliates must have their 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Affiliates are expected to attend Tenant Council Meetings quarterly to ensure good communication with NEW, NEW Center tenants and other Affiliates as well.
